I have always been in love with nature and with the transformative power of food, dedicating the last years studying areas such as macrobiotic, natural food and personal development.
The way we eat transforms us as individuals but also has a power on society and the planet. I studied management but my heart beats for creating. What moves me, is to create products that have the potential to improve other people’s lives. Some dreams are too big not to make them real. Founding Beatroot was manifesting a dream that was not only mine but for everyone!

I believe that cooking is more than just a technique, it is a means to channel my emotions and spirit. Ten years ago, I started studying macrobiotics – a philosophy that changed my life. Nowadays, I am a chef, a teacher and a macrobiotic diet consultant.
What moves me is the power to create alchemy through food and to inspire everyone to have a happier and healthier life. As a chef, I believe that a healthy and balanced diet is the most impactful choice for individuals, society and environment. Beatroot is my chance to take the transformation to everyone’s kitchen.
