At the moment, we are only able to deliver within the Lisbon district. If you live outside of
Lisbon, search for your closest store.


Since our products are frozen, shipping and distribution costs are higher than for products that do not require a controlled temperature. We appreciate your understanding.

The minimum order is 25€

Shipping costs are €7 + VAT for orders bellow €45.


*Additional delivery costs: additional delivery costs are incurred when the customer provides an incorrect address to BeatRoot or is absent from the delivery address. In these situations, and if there is a need to schedule a new delivery, an additional delivery fee of €7.5 + VAT will be charged.

As soon as your payment is received, you will receive a confirmation email with the respective invoice and confirmation of your payment.

You will receive your order within 3 working days.

You will receive your order within a maximum period of 3 working days and we will contact you to schedule your delivery within this period.

If you have any availability restrictions and you can´t receive your order on a specific day or time, please contact us at apoioaocliente@beatroot.pt, always indicating your order number.

Please be aware that our products are frozen and therefore you must have a freezer at the place of delivery.

It is not possible to choose a specific delivery time or day as they are conditioned by the route of the distribution company. However, you can contact our distribution partner through encomendasonline@beatroot.pt. If you have any availability restriction, please contact us, so that we can speed up the delivery.


Providing an incorrect or incomplete delivery address might affect the delivery success, resulting in additional costs* for the customer, so we recommend that you confirm that the delivery address is indeed correct and complete.

If you are unreachable or absent at the delivery address, the order will be returned to our warehouse. In case of this situation, you have two options:

Pick up in our warehouse at no additional cost;

Schedule a new delivery at an additional cost*.
